1.1.3 has SDK apps support

This makes sense. What doesnt make sense is them not releasing the Jailbreak for the 1.1.3 firmware. 🙁

Offical no Jailbreak till SDK
So here is a POST
They are not releasing the SDK till February 29 or so, which to me seems kind of a wrong thing to do since when SDK is out there probably wont be a need for the jailbreak anymore. Ah well I was looking forward to jailbreak this thing. Well atleast they could of released the way to activate it with out the ATT.

1.1.3 wont be available till after SDK release ?
Well apparently the jailbreak for the 1.1.3 wont get released till the SDK is out. Thats the word on the IRC, but this might change I sure hope it does. I`m hoping to jailbreak my phone over this nice January weekend. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

Played with 1.1.3 on the IPhone and the Touch
Well I finally got a chance to play with both the IPhone and Touch running 1.1.3 and I love it. Specially google maps. I used to own a Kaiser with built in GPS so having atleast a Faux-GPS is great and its fast. THe saving of bookmarks is pretty awesome as well…. Me likkkkkky

IPhone Firmware 1.1.3
There are plenty of changes in this firmware that will make you update and loose jailbreak 3rd party apps. But for people like me, who doesnt want to activate on ATT, but have ATT account its a bit of a problem. Reading the #Iphone channel topic it states that “No Downgrade from 1.1.3 to 1.1.2 | No unlock for 1.1.2 | No 1.1.3 Jailbreak |Asking questions about either of these = kick | no support for *sim methods”. Which for me means no upgrade till the jailbreak.

Wired reports on 1.1.3 Jailbreak
Here is a POST by wired. They are saying that there are 2 jailbreak methods and 1 of them could be released today, but might be hardware based which is a no no for most of us 🙁
