XBMC on a MAC
I been a loyal XBMC (XBOX Media Center for original XBOX) user for atleast last 4 years. XBMC has had one of the best codec and stack support (you dont have to unrar/unzip files to play them) I havent seen it not be able to play a file + all the streaming and plugin support. Here it is now on the MACs and a great interview with comparison to other popular options for a Mac. Happy day 🙂

iPhone Sales Beat MS and Motorola in Q4
Check out this article by NYT. Here is a quote which says it all:
“Canalys researchers estimate that the iPhone had 28 percent of the U.S. converged-device market in the fourth quarter of 2007. Research In Motion, with 41 percent, had the largest share of the market. Windows Mobile phones had 21 percent share of devices sold in the quarter, falling into third place behind Apple.”

Is paying $1,300 for SSD MacBook Air Worth it ?
Here is an intresting article regarding MacBook Air with an SSD drive. Is it really better is it worth that much money ? Reading that article, I would say no! Judge for your self.

Opera 9.5 is about to be released for WM
Well Opera 9.5 is about to be released for windows mobile phones. The question is: is it better then mobile safari ? Looking at the Video that Gizmodo posted, I wouldnt say so, but using it is another question. Waiting for the release to play with it. Post you comments.

Why didnt Steve Announce the new iPhones at the Mac World ?
Well this is interesting: less then a month and a new iPhone and Touch is available, Steve didn’t mention anything at the Mac World, Why ?

Vista SP1 and Windows Server 2008 Released
Microsoft released Vista SP1 and Windows Server 2008 to Manufacturing, this means that Windows users might get a little better performance. Windows 2008 Server looks bloaded again. The Server 2003 was/is still a good product.
